(Click on each item for more detailed information)

Safety Initiative (2021)

Coordinated with Crystal Lakes residents in Filings 9 and 14 to address illegal recreational sport shooting incidents originating from the adjacent Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forest & creating a safety hazard to the lives and property of members. Complied incident data, generated a comprehensive report for the Larimer County Commissioner, Department of Natural Resources, and USFS on-site field visit, with a multi-layered interactive incident map with risk to Crystal Lakes members and property and the Red Feather Elementary School. Found on the Crystal Lakes website at: www.crystal-lakes.org/Rec-Sport-Shooting (scroll to Information from Property Owners)

Informative Voting Brochure (2022)

Designed & funded mailing of an objective, informative voting brochure, “Ballot Information Booklet” (patterned after the State of CO Voting Blue Book) to help Crystal Lakes members understand the four proposed amendments to the CLRRA Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

Recorded Meetings Website & Secure Recordings (2023-present)

Designed, funded, administered & managed a website www.clpropertyowners.info to provide easy access to secure Association Board and Committee recordings.

Determined Accurate Association Road Mileage (2023-24)

Association road mileage to be 65 miles of road and presented report to the current Board of Directors for adoption to correct the erroneous 86 miles of road.

Committees (2024-present)
Ad Hoc IT Improvement Committee – Chair

With committee, developed inventory of all IT equipment & prepared budget recommendations to the Board for equipment, software, hosted applications, security & meeting room improvements. Set up laptop profiles and printer for road crew staff & recommended semi-rugged laptop purchase.

Ad Hoc Online Voting Committee – Member

Committee meetings pending. Researched online voting vendors and benefits and provided to the previous Board before committee was formed.

This year there are two open Board of Director positions. I whole heartedly endorse Lala Jacoby for one of the open Board positions. Lala has a proven and impressive track record from her previous terms on the Board. Having Lala back on the Board will benefit the whole community! I encourage everyone to vote for Lala Jacoby.
As a long time community member and one who has actively led successful projects in the community,
I hope you will consider voting for me, as well. – Kendall Kelley
